Do you have a passion for performance? We're looking for students or groups of students who would be interested in performing during the middle school assemblies throughout the school year. This could be a chance for you to show off something that you've been working on. It could be a solo performance or a group performance. Ideas could be a song, a dance, a skit, or anything up on the stage. We'd love to see what you can do!
If you are interested, please see/email Mr. Chip and/or Mr. Spencer.
Please note that Archery will be relocated to the small field behind the Field's Bleachers for the whole session.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
Lunchtime Spaces
There have been reports of Middle School students going onto the tennis courts during lunch breaks - this is NOT a space for MS children during lunch or breaks.
MS can't use the tennis courts because:
ES & HS are currently using it for classes
There is no MS supervision
For everyone's benefit, MS children can use the following spaces during lunch
MS Field (at designated times)
Alternate space - currently MS Gym
Pergola
Cafeteria

Guess who - MS school photos
When we make everyone feel welcome, our school becomes a kinder and more supportive place. Research shows when children feel like they belong, they feel more confident, ready to learn, and excited to be at school.
One of the best ways to build that sense of belonging is by making friends in different groups. Each new friend can introduce you to new ideas, games, and experiences, which makes school more fun and interesting. You can help with this in class, in the cafeteria, on the field, on the bus, or during ASAs.
By reaching out and expanding your circle of friends, you not only help others feel included, but you also grow yourself by discovering new friendships and perspectives.

Hi everyone,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I’m Ms. Lori Black, your new Middle & High School Librarian, and I’ll be working with Ms. Kelli Harris in the Learning Commons. We can’t wait to see you this year and help you find great books, explore new ideas, and succeed in your classes.
Check out our MS LC Resources page—it has research tools, study tips, and our library catalog so you can see what books are available.
If you have any questions, just email us at lblack@acsamman.edu.jo or kemtairah@acsamman.edu.jo.
We’re here to support you—whether you need help finding sources for a project, choosing your next read, or figuring out how to use a database.
See you in the Learning Commons!
" I’d love to give a shout out to my advisory teacher Mr. Spencer! He is always so kind, thoughtful, caring, and most of all patient with all of us! I am so glad to have him as my advisor this year. "
" I want to give a shout to Mr. Spencer. He is a very fun and funny teacher. He makes jokes every lesson and helps make every science class better than the last! "
" My shout out goes to Mr. Spencer because he makes science even more fun than what I thought it was. His dad jokes aren't the best but I know he means well. "
" Mr. Spencer makes learning more fun and amazing. "
" Mr. Spencer the smash ball Goat. "
You & your friends can send us a shout-out for any teacher—just tell us who and why, and you’ll see it pop up in this section soon! 🎉
👉 To do that, just email Ms. Diala at dgammoh@acsamman.edu.jo or swing by her office and share the details!
