Do you have a passion for performance? We're looking for students or groups of students who would be interested in performing during the middle school assemblies throughout the school year.
This could be a chance for you to show off something that you've been working on. It could be a solo performance or a group performance. Ideas could be a song, a dance, a skit, or anything up on the stage. We'd love to see what you can do!
If you are interested, please see/email Mr. Chip and/or Mr. Spencer.

Drop in a "Just Because" for someone who has made a difference for you :)
Maintaining appropriate personal space is super important for getting along with others! Everyone has an invisible bubble around them, and the size of that bubble can change.
Some people are very comfortable with close contact, while others need more distance. What feels okay to one person might feel uncomfortable or even upsetting to another. It's also important to remember that ideas about touching and personal space can be different across cultures. On top of all of that, a person's comfort level can be different with different people - just because you saw them high-five or hug someone else does not mean they are okay with you doing it.
With so many different feelings towards personal space, the golden rule is to make sure you have a "yes". This means you should never touch anyone without their clear permission. What might seem like a silly or harmless joke to you can make the other person feel scared or unrespected, and that's never funny for them.
Keeping your hands to yourself shows that you are mature and respectful of others' feelings and boundaries.
Hi everyone,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I’m Ms. Lori Black, your new Middle & High School Librarian, and I’ll be working with Ms. Kelli Harris in the Learning Commons. We can’t wait to see you this year and help you find great books, explore new ideas, and succeed in your classes.

We’re here to support you—whether you need help finding sources for a project, choosing your next read, or figuring out how to use a database.

" Ms. Qanqoush is my Arabic teacher, and I have learned a lot in her class. I used to not try in Arabic that much, but I started paying attention and realized that she is a great teacher. She always helps when you don't understand something and is a very kind teacher. "
" Ms. Dina, she is a great advisor "
" Ms. Dina Qanqoush makes us laugh everyday in advisory and is so kind. "
You & your friends can send us a shout-out for any teacher—just tell us who and why, and you’ll see it pop up in this section soon! 🎉
